Jump Back Up July

Hi there

I hope you’re doing well? We are nearly halfway through the month already. However, now is a good time to think about improving our health and wellbeing.

Here at The Olive Branch Plymouth I have a new feature for  you.  Just pop along to my website and  Book Online. My clients are loving it already. As such, it’s an exciting and positive time for me. With that in mind, why not think of July as the month to embrace a fresh start. Bounce back with renewed energy in ‘Jump back up July’! This is the theme from the Action For Happiness calendar for this month.

8 tips to get you started

  1. Start each day with a positive thought.
  2. Do things that bring you joy. Perhaps, spend time in nature or take up a favourite hobby.
  3. Spend time with friends and loved ones.
  4. Set small, achievable goals for the month and celebrate your progress along the way.
  5. Prioritise self-care. For example, make time to do things that recharge and rejuvenate you.
  6. Practise gratitude. Try writing down one thing you are grateful for each day.
  7. See challenges as opportunities for learning.
  8. Remember to be kind and patient with yourself. Then, celebrate your progress.

Remember, you have the power to create positive change in your life. Here’s to a month of growth, self-care and embracing the joy of jumping back up!

The calendar is free to download as a PDF or image file (JPEG)

You can download the actions, straight to your calendar. You can do this using a Google Calendar or iCalendar file.

Take a look at the other prompts on the Action for Happiness website, or download the calendar here.

I hope you have found this post useful? I am going to try it out, as I really believe it helps develop a positive mindset. What positive steps will you try for the remainder of  July?  I’m always interested to know how you are getting on.

Wishing you a joyful July

Helen
