This was my first visit to Helen, and I was delighted to be able to be fitted in at short notice. So thank you for this Helen. Firstly I was greeted with a smile, and then a short consultation to assess my needs and then I had a deep tissue massage. Helen is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and good at her job and I went away feeling very relaxed albeit some hours earlier I had been in lots of discomfort. I shall most certainly be booking again. Thank you for looking after me Helen and see you again soon.

Helen was very professional, the full body massage I had with her was excellent. She took into consideration my history and personal requirements and carried out the massage to suit my requirements. It was a very good massage, she was professional and she took all the precautions that were needed for Covid. I would highly recommend her services.

A calm, peaceful, caring environment. Luxurious and varied treatment from a very skilled and kind lady. Wouldn't go to any other massage business. Don't need to prompt towards areas of pain and discomfort; Helen has such experience and knowledge that she naturally relieves any tension, knots and aches. Leave feeling completely relaxed and revived. 1 hour deep tissue full body massage is excellent, especially for those that run often. 10/10.
